• Inquiry content

Collected information is used solely for responding to inquiries and improving the service.

3. Retention Period

Collected personal information is retained for 1 year after inquiry processing and then destroyed. However, it will be immediately destroyed upon user request.

4. Third-Party Disclosure

Collected personal information is not provided to third parties. However, data is stored on Google Firebase (US) servers.

5. Locally Stored Data

Practice records, settings, etc. are stored only in the browser (localStorage) and are not transmitted to the server.

6. User Rights

Users may request to view, modify, or delete their personal information at any time.
